Had a mini gathering with my friends yesterday. =)
Everyone Cycled Painfully along East Coast Park, and Everybody Chiong-ed Persistantly to reach our destination, which was Changi Beach Park. (Hey this line rhymes. Lol)
Why so pain? Because we hadn’t cycled for quite some time and the total distance back and forth was about 20km! Our buttocks were all burning throughout the afternoon.

Very ouch. Now I can still feel a bit of the ouch. I don’t know if it’s red or blue-black now, lol.
Using Yao Hui’s method of describing, I would say.. Actually nothing much really happened yesterday, other than meeting everyone at McDonald’s at 12pm and realised that everyone was not there at 12pm because they were late. -_- Then we had lunch.. cycled.. had dinner.. talked to each other and then went home.~
I know that sounds a bit boring. Lol. It’s not boring okay! It’s super super boring. Nah just kidding. -_-
Before we begun our cycling session we did a little warm up…
… by carrying our girlfriends! The girlfriends get warmed up by being carried!

4 couples piggyback-ing and in a photo together! Totally classic and rare moment. You probably won’t see this happen again for another 5 years.. unless I’m wrong. =p
Walter and Samuel (our photographer) are not included in this photo though. =( Yaohui (wearing grey) is inside, can you spot him?

Second warm up exercise: Butt rubbing cum massage. This is to prevent very very serious butt injury during cycling. From the photo you can tell it’s very comfortable and fun, just look at our faces, we’re all smiling happily. =)

You need a minimum of two pairs of couples (shown in photo above) to execute this butt rubbing. You wouldn’t want that butt to rub against some foreign object (eg. tree trunk, wall, bus, someone’s face) right?
Next exercise:

Butt pinching. For this you have to pull down your trousers a little so that the pincher can pinch directly on your butt, to circulate the blood flow. Again, this is to prevent serious butt muscle aches when you are cycling. Hey look, everyone’s enjoying it! XD
But please take note that you should only pinch the muscles outside. NOT AROUND THE ANUS.. or your hands will turn BLACK. Negative demonstration below.

Look at his shocked face. You wouldn’t want to end up as shock as him.

There’s one more exercise that only Walter knows how to execute.
It’s called ‘Form a T shape’. You gotta get yourself into that position as shown above, and hold it there for Three minutes. This exercise stretches your upper and lower limbs to the max.
Very easy huh?
Now comes the most important part…

All of the exercises above are untrue and totally crap, please do not follow. I was just typing for fun. But if you really tried them.. then.. um.. thanks. =)

And then the real exercise (cycling) began! XD
And then there are no more photos! Because we were all busy cycling and chatting and eating and washing hands. Would you rather have good photos and bad outing, or no photos and good outing? Wise people like us chose the latter. Lol.

Overall, it was a rather tiring day for us.. =_=.. but we all had fun! ^^

That looked like a really fun day!! I hate cycling at the ECP for the record. Butt pain is just too much to bear! Cute picture with your gf!!
