Graduation Ceremony
May 23rd, 2008This is an archived photo from my graduation show. =p Can you find me?
I told one of my friends that I just had my graduation ceremony 2 days ago (21st May), and she was like, “Huh? I thought your graduation ceremony was over that time?”
Wrong! That time it was graduation show, now it’s graduation ceremony. Got difference okay?
Another archived photo, because I haven’t received all my graduation ceremony photos taken with my friends from them yet!
The graduation ceremony itself was just a lot of speeches from some guests, or VIPS, as well as many rounds of applauses. Sometimes it was quite boring. Fortunately Joan was sitting next to me, so I could at least talk to her and make fun of other peoples’ names. =x

My dad and I! Do I resemble him? Many of my relatives say I really look like my dad when he was young.
That’s all for today. Shall write more soon!

Just caught 2 movies recently!
Both of these movies have guys with long hair as main character, if you noticed.

The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian review
I won a pair of movie tickets for the gala premiere of The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian at Bugis Junction on Vesak Day, thanks to Nuffnang! Woo!
The movie is quite all right. The plot is quite simple to follow. Don’t worry, if you have forgotten what happened in the first movie, there will be a few reminders here and there in this movie to help you recall.

The first few minutes of this movie was pretty dark, which helps sets up the very dark tone and mood this movie has. It was so dark I almost had trouble paying attention, because I almost fell asleep. Haha.
Sure, as usual, like many other Hollywood movies, there are many nice visuals, hilarious moments, adventure, action, etc. Pretty standard stuff.
And like the first movie, I somehow felt that this one still lacked some ‘magic’. It’s like a beautifully wrapped present that is quite hollow inside. The entertainment value is there, but it is a nearly forgettable experience.
This movie will be released in theatres on 29 May.

Accuracy of Death review

In Japan, this movie is titled ‘Sweet Rain’. I like this title a lot better than Singapore’s ‘Accuracy of Death‘, which sounds so serious and a bit scary.
What do you think about death?
This is what the movie is all about. About death god (it’s not like Death Note), about death, and of course, life.
It probably will set you thinking, and reflect about your life.
Overall.. uh.. not bad!

恭喜你毕业了!:D How’s the feeling? Do you no longer feel like a student? Haha.
Desmond: 谢谢.. XD It feels.. weird! I still feel like a student in my heart, but I’m not leading a student life anymore! Argh..
