I thought I was attractive

June 18th, 2007

Recently, when I was doing some window shopping in a video store, I noticed a very attractive lady customer nearby.

I stole a few (just a few, really) glances at her when she wasn’t noticing. She just looks so attractive!

Eventually, she began looking at me too. We even exchanged eye contact a few times.

For a moment, it felt like there was electric current flowing in between our eyes. Lol.

Eye Contact!

A redundant graphic to illustrate my point. Yea, it’s something like this. And after a few minutes of that, she couldn’t withstand the electric current and BOOOM!!…

Powerful Eye Contact!

Ok… just kidding. -_-” He he he.

Anyway, after awhile, she began walking towards my direction!!!

I didn’t know my eyes have magnetic powers!

Magnetic Eye Contact!

She stepped closer and closer, and finally opened her mouth.

!!!

!!!

!!!

“Excuse me, do you have the 200 Pounds Beauty VCD in your store yet?” She asked.

Instant Death

Arrrr..!! Which part of my body look like I’m a staff of this store?!?!

(Afterwards, another guy came to me and asked about the products too.. -.-)

Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver SurferFantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer

I didn’t watch the part one of this movie, but I thought this sequel is absolutely entertaining.

Instead of trying to do too much or being ambitious like Spiderman 3 or Pirates of the Caribbean 3, one can tell that this movie is purely made for entertainment, and succeeds in doing so. It has some romance, nice fighting/chasing sequences, fantastic visual effects and lots of comedic moments and I can say that’s enough for a light-hearted, superhero popcorn movie like this.

Even though the plot is a little too simple (a few villians come along, and Fantastic Four tries to defeat them), there isn’t much character development towards the new villain (ie Silver Surfer) and the ending is quite bad, the movie focuses on something more relevant and important: Fantastic Four, of course.

The short running time of 90 minutes ensures that this movie doesn’t become too draggy so that audience can spend that amount of time to enjoy the movie itself.

Overall, it’s great fun to watch this movie. However, after leaving the cinema, you can barely remember what really happened during the movie. But who cares? Lol.
